With years of experience starting and working his way up to becoming the Association Head of Wellness, Fitness, and Personal Training for the Metropolitan YMCA of Mississippi for over fourteen (14) years. RaShard has built a reputation for transforming lives through fitness.

Community Commitment:
RaShard, a native of Jackson, MS, attended Saint Andrew’s Episcopal School (SA Community), where he graduated in 2001, and attended the University of Mississippi graduated in 2006, with a degree in Exercise Science, Health, Kinesiology, and Biomechanics. RaShard later returned to become a Health and Wellness teacher for the SA Community student body for four (4) years. He is dedicated to giving back to his community and helping members achieve their fitness goals.
